**Project Overview:**

The **Employer’s Consultancy Services project for Tehran Metro Line 7** is one of the key urban development initiatives within the capital’s rail transportation network, aimed at enhancing public transportation infrastructure along the **east–west corridor**. The line provides extensive coverage and is planned to include more than **29 kilometers of tunnels** and **25 underground stations**, making it one of the capital’s large-scale and strategically important metro lines.The significance of this corridor in terms of **urban connectivity and reducing traffic congestion in high-demand areas** has made it one of Tehran’s major public transportation investments.

At the **Employer’s Consultancy Services** stage, precise planning, technical supervision, and coordination among project stakeholders are critical to the successful delivery of the project. The **Project Management Team** is responsible for developing the project strategy, establishing organizational structures, resource planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk analysis, ensuring that the implementation of **Tehran Metro Line 7** proceeds with minimal deviations from the planned schedule and budget.The team is also responsible for coordinating among **technical consultants, contractors, and various urban authorities** to ensure that all planned design objectives, construction requirements, and quality standards are achieved in an integrated manner.

**Behro’s Role in the Project:**

**Behro Comprehensive Consulting Engineers** has been appointed as the **Employer’s Consultant** for this project and plays a pivotal role in its overall management and delivery. Drawing on years of experience in metro and infrastructure projects, Behro implements a **well-structured management framework**, establishes an effective **risk management system**, and, through periodic reporting, progress monitoring, and corrective measures, ensures that the project’s **technical, financial, and schedule objectives** are continuously pursued.Behro’s involvement in the **project management of Tehran Metro Line 7** demonstrates the company’s capability to deliver large-scale projects with **high quality, transparency, and execution discipline**.
