The **“Consultancy Services for the Tehran Metro Fleet”** project focuses on the design and performance improvement of Tehran’s rail transportation fleet. The project encompasses an assessment of the existing condition of trains and various fleet equipment across **Lines 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7**, as well as **Line 5 (suburban)**. These fleets were previously supplied under **TUSRC-RS contracts**, but require modifications to enhance their quality, safety, and performance over time. The fleet consultancy for these lines provides an opportunity to optimize and improve train performance prior to their full delivery.
In this project, the **fleet consultancy services** include the technical and operational analysis of trains, assessment of outstanding deficiencies, planning for spare parts procurement and maintenance, development of technical solutions, and optimization of maintenance procedures. By conducting a comprehensive assessment of existing deficiencies and developing a corrective action plan, the Consultant facilitates the final acceptance and handover of the fleet with an acceptable level of **safety, reliability, and performance**. The ultimate objective of this consultancy is to ensure the fleet’s transition to **full and stable operation**.
