Development of all implementation documents, including architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, along with the technical documentation required for project execution.
Compilation of detailed quantity take-offs and high-precision financial estimates to determine the definitive project cost framework.
Preparation of execution schedules, critical path analysis (CPA), and definition of construction sequencing.
Assessment of different execution scenarios aimed at risk reduction, productivity enhancement, and selection of the most suitable construction method.
Comprehensive multidisciplinary technical evaluation of the project and provision of expert engineering solutions.
Analysis of construction, procurement, and technical risks, with the proposal of managerial and engineering mitigation measures.
Collection of infrastructure data, assessment of conflicts, and preparation of coordination drawings with relevant service providers and authorities.
Compilation of comprehensive documentation, drawings, and technical reports required for obtaining statutory approvals and Employer authorization.
