The objective of these services is to enhance project quality, optimize time and cost performance, effectively manage risks, and steer projects toward successful commissioning and operation. Acting as the Employer’s technical and managerial representative, Behro assumes responsibility for planning, coordination, monitoring, and control of all project activities from the early stages of feasibility studies and design through to final handover, ensuring that the Employer’s technical, financial, schedule, and quality objectives are achieved with maximum precision.

Core Services:

• Development of Project Management Structure and Strategic Execution Planning

Design of the project management framework and definition of organizational structures, processes, and execution requirements.

• Management of Time, Cost, Quality, Safety, and Risk

Comprehensive and continuous monitoring of key project performance indicators based on modern project management methodologies.

• Supervision of Consultants, Contractors, and Suppliers

Quality control of services and activities and assurance of compliance with technical specifications and contractual obligations.

• Review and Approval of Technical, Financial, and Contractual Documentation

Examination of drawings, reports, cost estimates, and contractual documents, and issuance of required approvals.

• Monitoring Physical Progress and Preparation of Analytical Management Reports

Tracking implementation progress, analyzing critical issues, and providing strategic reports to the Employer.

• Support to the Employer in Tendering, Contract Award, Contract Administration, and Claims Management

Provision of specialized services in contractor selection, contract management, and dispute resolution.
