In the summer of 2019, Behro consulting engineers has been assigned for providing technical and engineering services, basic and detail design of Shiraz airport tramway in all disciplines including geometrical, infrastructure, technical structures, superstructure, stations, depot and parking, signaling, power supply and other equipment required for this project.
Project Description
The route start point is near the southwestern entrance of Shahid Dastgheib metro station located in Gol-e-Sorkh Square and then extends along the entrance of airport to enter airport passenger terminal. The route length is about 1100 meters.
Considering short length of the route, currently only two stations of origin and destination are considered, which will be checked in terms of location and number in further studies and considering the possibility of future development.
